Soundstream Reference Class A 10.0 switch?

Ci sono due switch all'interno uno è relativo al mono/stereo, l'altro a cosa serve?

ho dato uno sguardo al pdf trovato in rete di questo bell'ampli
ed in effetti ne menziona solo uno di switch
nella cover del fondo, non dice niente?

Multiple small input power capacitors act as an internal "stiffening capacitor".

spark when connecting the power and ground lead to the amplifier for the first
time. In order to charge the capacitor bank without a spark, we suggest you
do the following:
1. Connect the +12 volt cable to the amplifier and to the battery.

3. We have supplied a 150 ohm, 2 watt resistor with the amplifier. One leg

Prendila con le pinze, in quelle serie di ampli c'era un accessorio denominato Airbass che in europa non era importato per via della frequenza di lavoro e a mente quello switch serviva per atticare il ricevente che veniva montato all'interno dell'amplificatore.

Effettivamente quando collego il polo negativo dopo quello + ci sono belle scintille dovute al caricamento dei condensatori.........
Su un forum americano leggevo 67,5 watt a 13,5 volt e 4 ohms ti risulta?

ieri sera ho usato l'ampli nel mio impianto domestico ed ho visto che non scalda come una stufa è proprio lui una stufa!

Si ho letto ora il manuale l'airbass serviva per il sub.

Anzichè avere il classico potenziometro con il filo che si collega all'ampli per avere il 0 +12db c'era questo telecomando che ti faceva questa funzione e come dicevo il modulo era da inserire nell'ampli e poi lo attivavi con lo switch.

Visto che conosci questi ampli come andavano?
Il 5.0 rispetto al 10.0?

Per me sono le ultime serie SS che andavano da dio, scaldavano parecchio ed ogni tanto bruciavano una resistenza, sempre quella.

Senti suona veramente bene
Rispetto al CA100II è ancora più dettagliato e trasparente senza strillacchiare ma garantendo una notevole liquidità di riproduzione.
L'ho ascoltato nel mio impianto di casa ed ho notato alti ben rifiniti medie delcate e bassi ben articolati in generale mi ha colpito una uniformità di trattamento in tutto lo spettro sonoro.
Dalla foto si vedono due grosse resistenze penso che siano quelle incriminate.
Come mai si bruciavano?
Succedeva se l'ampli veniva usato in modo intensivo?
